Harvey Wallbanger Cake

Remember the classic icon drink the "Harvey Wallbanger" made popular in the 1970's.  Well this cake is the replica of that infamous cocktail.  This Cake is dense, moist, light, and spongey.  Filled with fresh squeezed Orange Juice, Orange Zest, Vodka, and Galliano (Italian Liqueur with an Anise Flavor), all these flavors permiate to give you a heck of a cake.  Once baked, doused with more O.J., Vodka and Galliano, which fills every nook and cranny.  This cake will surely be a hit at  your next function, or at your own dessert table.  Not too potent, the Orange really stands out in this cake, so if your an orange lover, this is the cake for you.
